If you are arriving on Hwy #19 (the Inland Island Highway):
  1. Take the off ramp into Parksville where the weigh station is located. (exit 46).
  2. Turn right at Franklin’s Gull Road, which is the first set of lights. Here you will see the Craig Bay Heritage Park and Visitor Center. Turn right again onto Northwest Bay Road.
  3. Continue on Northwest Bay Road for 7.5 km and turn left onto Stewart Road.
  4. Continue on Stewart Road, which turns into Dolphin Drive and continue for another 3.7 km until you reach Sea Otter Place, which is on your left facing the ocean.
  5. We are the first home on the left, 1929 Sea Otter Place. Please park in the assigned Visitor Parking on the side of the home.
If you are arriving from the Departure Bay Ferry Terminal in Nanaimo:
  1. We are a 28 km, 31 minute drive from the Departure Bay Ferry Terminal in Nanaimo
  2. From the terminal, take Claire Drive and stay in the right hand lane, and turn RIGHT onto the Island Highway toward Parksville, which is clearly marked. There is generally a lot of congestion here, so please make sure that you plan ahead and stay right and follow the signs. 
  3. You should see the Nanaimo Golf Club on your right if you are travelling in  the right direction. Stay on the Island Highway and it will take you out of Nanaimo, toward Parksville. 
  4. Once you merge onto the Inland Island Highway #19, continue until you reach the Petro Canada station on the right, and turn right onto Northwest Bay Road.
  5. Continue on Northwest Bay Road, crossing the Rail Road tracks, and follow to Stewart Road where you will see our B&B sign just before you turn.
  6. Follow Stewart Road for 4 km where you will see our B&B sign
  7. Turn Left onto Sea Otter Place, please park on the side of the home where there is Visitor Parking.
If you are arriving from South of Nanaimo, Duke Point Ferry, or farther south:
  1. Take #19 Inland Island Highway, toward North Nanaimo, signs will indicate Parksville/Comox/Campbell River.
  2. From Nanaimo, follow the directions as above and continue on Highway #19, the Inland Island Highway, until you reach the Petro Canada where you will turn RIGHT.
